The concept of a light and bright space with a simple and yet stylish design was laid down at the start of the house design. The main emphasis was made on panoramic glazing, which gives a sense of transparency and direct connection with nature. Under a single roof are located, the main living areas, and auxiliary rooms, including a garage, boiler room and a separate unit for staff with a separate entrance. The house is oriented for a couple. The main room is the large kitchen-living room with a dining table, here the ceiling height at the ridge is 4.5 meters with a giant stained glass window and access to a spacious terrace with impressive views of the golf course. From the living room we can access the master bedroom with a freestanding bath by the window and a spacious walk-in closet. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a small office overlooking the back patio. For guests, we designed a bedroom with its own bathroom and workspace behind the headboard of the bed overlooking the backyard. Pure white takes up the lion's share of the entire palette, even the wooden furniture pieces are painted with translucent white paint, yet the wood grain remains visible. The accent on blue manifests itself in rooms through materials such as: textiles, stone, paintings, cabinet furniture. Noble metal surfaces perfectly complement the interior, making it as natural and practical as possible.
