A golfer's house - this is what the customer himself called the project.
This project is for people with common interests, where you can endlessly discuss golf, compare “handicap”, looking at the green golf courses, which can be seen through the huge panoramic windows, soak in the Russian bath, bathe in the font, play billiards, as well as relax in a massage in a separate room with an intimate atmosphere and pleasant music. A good half of the house is dedicated to all these delights. The other half is a bedroom unit with an office. In total there are 3 cozy bedrooms with panoramic windows, their own dressing rooms and bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a guest bedroom and has its own separate entrance from the street.
The interior is designed in a modern style with a minimum of decorative elements, in a classic, light and warm colors. Painted walls are perfectly combined with stone elements, wood and textiles.
