Bright apartment within a modern residential complex tailored for a two-person family. Originally, the developer designed it as a two-room apartment with a separate kitchen and two bathrooms.
By insulating and integrating the loggia, we successfully merged the living room with the kitchen. We created a functional workspace by placing a desk and an armchair by the window.In the area initially designated as the living room, we got a spacious bedroom with a capacious wall-spanning closet. One bathroom retained a bathtub; while the second was renovated into a laundry room with an accordion door. On the opposite side of the bathroom there is a children's room. Throughout the apartment, a palette of light hues dominates, with green accents enhancing the living room and bathroomThe soft lilac children's room is combined with the overall interior concept with a milky color on the walls and ceiling.
