The apartment is located in the Geometry residential complex to the east of Moscow.
The developer's original layout, with its load-bearing walls separating living spaces, remained mostly unaltered.
The apartment's layout follows a "vest" configuration, with windows on opposite sides of the building. A spacious central corridor serves as the main hub, providing access to all the rooms. We insulated the spacious loggia and transformed it into a hookah bar. The living room was combined with a kitchen and dining area, leaving space for a bar counter behind the sofa and a workspace in proximity with TV. Contrasting 2 bathrooms have a clear purpose, a bathroom with dark gray tiles for the owner, a light sand one for the hostess and her daughter. The project introduced three distinct lighting scenarios: ambient ceiling lighting, focused accent lighting, and gentle curtain illumination. All these lighting settings are controllable through dimmer switches.
