Geographically, this house is situated in the residential district of Gelendzhik on a sloped plot, near the central part of the city. It is surrounded by older and small private houses of various colors and styles. Across the road, directly in front of the house, stands a Khrushchev-era apartment building on a hill.
The architectural layout was thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the existing surroundings. The house features three floors stacked like open terraces. All windows and terraces open onto an inner courtyard, creating a distinct internal space that serves as the focal point, attracting views from all living areas. Adjacent to the panoramic living room windows is a summer kitchen with a barbecue. On the side facing the five-story building, terraces are adorned with plants and a wooden pergola to shield the owners from unwanted views.
The design showcases painted white walls that complement the natural stone masonry, creating a striking contrast. Wooden slats on the facades underline the environmentally friendly and elegant choice of materials.
