Initially, the project began as a bathhouse with a relaxation room and a small living area. However, as the design evolved, it transformed into a full-fledged house with a spa wing. The spa area now encompasses a Russian bath, a hammam, a spacious washroom with a jacuzzi, a massage room, and a billiard room. At the heart of the structure, you'll find the living room, dining room, and kitchen. On the opposite side of the spa, the guest bedrooms are situated. The living room, featuring 5.5-meter high ridge ceilings, offers a breathtaking view of the terrace and the adjacent golf course. The terrace itself serves a triple purpose, housing a relaxation zone with plunge pools, a viewing area with a barbecue, and an open space facing west, perfect for admiring stunning sunsets.
The house was conceived within the overarching concept of the Links golf club, located in the Moscow region. The architectural style of the community emphasizes linear, occasionally asymmetrical facades, eschewing decorative excesses and embellishments.
Monochromatic color schemes, coupled with horizontal slats and structural supports in the terrace area, communicate the design's functionality and purity of form. The overall image perfectly resonates with the spirit of characterized by vast, impeccably maintained golf courses and expansive, lush greens.
