While most homes in Lynx Village are single-story, our project spans two floors to accommodate the client's wish for a bedroom with a commanding view and an elevated balcony A spacious living room with second light is combined with a kitchen and dining room which opens to a terrace with a barbecue and enjoy views of the picturesque pond. The second floor houses that coveted master bedroom with a large bath and skylights.
An integral feature of the design is the terrace, which unifies the backyard with the bathhouse, forming a continuous expanse of wooden terrace boards encircling the house's eastern side Between the house and the bathhouse there is an open area with swimming pools, creating a great place for privacy and relaxation. The bathhouse can be accessed both from the street and through a glass corridor from the house.
