The project offers a large living room with high ceilings, and access to a spacious terrace overlooking a small, picturesque pond. Living spaces are located in areas with lower ceilings. One of the bedrooms opens into the winter garden, which adorns the entrance. Carports for cars and above the terrace were thoughtfully raised above the main roof, creating a visually lighter and more transparent space. A classic Russian bathhouse crafted from laminated veneer lumber and painted in white was thoughtfully integrated into the site, harmonizing with the graphic window openings to blend the two volumes seamlessly.
The house was conceived within the overarching concept of the Links golf club, located in the Moscow region. The architectural style of the community emphasizes linear, occasionally asymmetrical facades, eschewing decorative excesses and embellishments.
Monochromatic color schemes, coupled with horizontal slats and structural supports in the terrace area, communicate the design's functionality and purity of form. The overall image perfectly resonates with the spirit of characterized by vast, impeccably maintained golf courses and expansive, lush greens.
