The site is located to the west of the capital.The house features 4 bedrooms, a large living room with an open concept dining room and kitchen. The ground floor hosts a hammam and a relaxation area. The house includes large outdoor terraces with a glass-enclosed summer kitchen on the ground floor and a more secluded terrace on the second. Drawing inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright's architectural motifs, the project earned the affectionate name "Flying House" from its clients.
The design's hallmark features, such as the expansive roof with substantial overhangs, tall supports, and the bold contrast of black eaves, contribute to a sense of weightlessness and openness. The robust white brick construction of the ground floor provides a counterbalance, imbuing the structure with a sense of durability and stability.
