What sets this project apart is its use of laminated veneer lumber as the primary construction material. The objective was not to create a conventional cabin but rather to seamlessly integrate it into the contemporary style of the village. Enormous panoramic windows in the living room and kitchen frame the sweeping views of the nearby golf courses, harmonizing with the landscape. The oblong shape of the house is diluted with small inserts of greenery, thanks to which the architecture blends smoothly into the environment. Being inside, an additional connection between the interior and nature is created.
The house was conceived within the overarching concept of the Links golf club, located in the Moscow region. The architectural style of the community emphasizes linear, occasionally asymmetrical facades, eschewing decorative excesses and embellishments.
Monochromatic color schemes, coupled with horizontal slats and structural supports in the terrace area, communicate the design's functionality and purity of form. The overall image perfectly resonates with the spirit of characterized by vast, impeccably maintained golf courses and expansive, lush greens.
